Forest House

This international ideas competition sought proposals for a house prototype designed specifically to be located in a forest environment. The design was based on creating an open area (internally and externally) on the ground floor to engage with the landscape of the forest ‘floor’; while also stacking accommodation above to connect with the trees and embrace views over the forest environment.
